Delivery times are subject to holidays, as well as adverse weather, traffic, or other delays that may cause the tracking to change accordingly.
Your country's local mail service takes custody of packages upon arrival in your country, and is responsible for delivery. All packages are delivered by your local mail service.
The United States Postal Service (USPS) ships packages to outbound ports in the United States.
The exit ports are in San Francisco, Cincinnati, New York, and Chicago.
If the tracking shows that it has been processed through one of these locations, then the package has left the United States.
Packages are then transported by commercial airplane to your country.
At this point, your country's mail service takes control of the package. The USPS no longer has custody of the package.
The package enters your county's Customs/Border Force process, and is then released for delivery.

The USPS plays no part in this process. Our product is delivered in every country we send it to. There are no illegal substances in our product. Customers are responsible for knowing the laws in their country. Live It is not responsible for any packages seized by foreign customs or mail services.
The USPS tracking number and link provided in our shipping emails will work up until the delivery time and date as long as the local mail service in your country updates the tracking.
If it is not updated, it is directly due to your local mail service not scanning it appropriately at each city, location, post office, etc. Unfortunately we have no control over that.
Your country's mail service is responsible for scanning the package and updating the tracking in their system.
The USPS tracking number works in every tracking system and website. Insert the tracking number into your country's local mail service tracking website for more information regarding your delivery.
If nothing shows up, that means your country's mail service has not updated the tracking in their system.
We do not have the ability to know more about the transit time and details if they do not update the information.
Estimated time of arrivals and delivery dates are purely dependent on your local mail service. WE HAVE NO ABILITY TO DETERMINE EXACTLY WHEN PACKAGES WILL BE DELIVERED.
